I recently designed a new website for Sullivan’s Island Baptist Church in Sullivan’s Island, SC. The client’s former website was difficult to update, and had portions that were broken, such as the navigation menu sticking to the middle of the screen. Their previous site also did not have much personalization to the content or the design, as it was based on a WordPress template. The images were stock photos and the colors did not match their branding.
The redesigned website focuses on a cleaner and simplified grid. The teal, gray, and white color scheme represent their branding which stems from beach colors as they are located near a beach. The Weebly editor makes the site content much easier to update. They have seen an increase in site traffic and in-person visitors.
